Ok well I am not a shaman, so don’t expect April showers to come your way. But I can make it rain dollars your way!We had a little contest in March, called the “Name your April Promo”. We had some great suggestions, so here’s what we came up with:

Proof Pic Posting Raffle

Here’s how it works…Post a proof pic to Twitter (use TwitPic) and make sure you reference @freebies4me in your post. Then post your TwitPic link to the forum of your choice.  You will automatically get a $5 bonus on every order if you do this. This will help your Twitter account get traffic for future refs, and cross linking with a forum improves your Twitter account’s search engine score.

Every Wednesday in April, I will randomly select someone to win a $20 gift certificate to Amazon, or $15 via Paypal. The more posts you have, the better your chance of winning. The random selection will be based on an excel template that will randomly select from all of the TwitPic links that are posted that reference @freebies4me (its CRUCIAL you do this in your tweet!). Excel will select the winner, and I will reference back to the link it chooses to see who the recipient is! Either that or I will just have my 1 year old daughter Emma choose (kidding)

Now here’s where it gets exciting! Whoever has the largest single cashout in the month of April will win $100 via Paypal! You will still earn the $5 bonus per TwitPic proof, and still have a shot at the weekly post drawing.  In case of a tie, we’ll look at the total # cashouts for the month (in total dollars, so that its fair), and beyond that we’ll look at total referrals for the month (green and not green, total new customers brought to the site).

Partial Credit Cashouts

The final piece of the promo is you can earn points toward partial credit cashouts. Here’s how it works. Each referral that is cashed out is worth .10 credits on the respective site as the partial. The more cashouts you have, the more partial credit points you earn. Apply the points to any of your partial credit referrals on the site to earn enough to cash out their prorated value. Sounds confusing, but really its pretty simple. Here’s an example:

Let's say I cash out 3 referrals on Freebies4me the first week of April. That gives me .30 partial credit points to apply. I have one referral that's been sitting at .85 for months. I can apply .15 of the points to this referral and cash him out at 85% ($63.75). I would have .15 left to apply to someone else, or to hold and accumulate for my next cashouts.

The Partial Credit cashouts do not count toward the raffle, nor will they qualify for TwitPic bonuses. These are just an additional way to earn extra cash that may not have happened otherwise. The more referrals you cashout, the more you have to apply to partial credit cashouts! Also keep in mind that your partial credit point are only good for the site you cashout with.
